Have questions before getting started with occupational therapy? Schedule a free phone or video consultation to talk through your concerns and see whether The Early Years OT may be a good fit for your child. I believe in being open, helpful, and honest about what your family needs. If I don’t feel I’m the right fit, I’ll do my best to point you toward a provider or resource that may be able to help.

60–90 minutes
A personalized, one-on-one evaluation designed to better understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and needs. We’ll discuss your concerns, review your child’s history, observe them through play and functional activities, and create a plan of care based on your family’s goals.

60 minutes
A personalized, one-on-one therapy session provided in your home or community, based on your child’s individual goals. Sessions use play-based, functional activities to build skills, support progress, and help carry those skills into everyday routines.

A one-on-one consultation to discuss concerns, ask questions, and receive practical strategies to support your child at home and in everyday routines.

The Early Years Occupational Therapy is a private-pay practice and is out of network with insurance plans.
This allows us to provide individualized care without insurance restrictions, visit limits, or authorization delays.
We accept private payment and ESA funds. HSA or FSA funds may also be used depending on your plan.
Upon request, we can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. The Early Years OT does not submit insurance claims or reimbursement requests. Families are responsible for verifying benefits, submitting claims, and managing reimbursement directly with their insurance provider.
We do not bill insurance directly and do not accept cash or checks.
