At The Early Years Occupational Therapy, I believe the early years are such an important time for growth, learning, and development.

The skills children build during these years become the foundation for how they play, learn, move, communicate, and become more independent in everyday life.

As a pediatric occupational therapist and a mom, I created The Early Years OT because I believe families deserve support that feels thoughtful, individualized, and practical. I want parents to not only understand what their child is working on, but also feel confident carrying those strategies into everyday routines at home.

My approach is to meet each child where they are, recognize their strengths, and support the areas that are making daily life more challenging. My goal is to help children build the skills they need to feel more confident, capable, and successful in the things that matter most to them and their families.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your child’s early years.

Supporting children from birth through age 10.

Occupational therapy helps children build the foundational skills they need to move through everyday life with greater confidence and independence. Through play-based, individualized support, I work with children on areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care, attention, emotional regulation, motor planning, visual-motor skills, handwriting, play skills, body awareness, balance, strength, executive functioning, and daily routines.

My goal is not simply to help a child complete a task. I look at the underlying skills that may be making that task difficult, then use meaningful, engaging activities to help build those skills. By strengthening that foundation, everyday routines, play, learning, and participation can become easier, more successful, and less frustrating for both the child and their family.
